Find where your house is losing heat — and money.

We scan your home with a thermal camera and show you exactly where warm air is escaping and cold air is getting in: air leaks, missing insulation, and the spots driving up your power bill.

❄️ First Cold Snap Special — $99 for the first 10 homes, any size. Morning appointments while the cold makes the leaks easy to see.

What a thermal scan finds

Real scans from a home right here in Franklin, taken on a cold morning. The bright and dark patches are heat leaving the house — most of it is fixable, and some of it is cheap to fix.

Thermal image of a front door reading 61 degrees with a 54-degree cold corner at the bottom
Under the doorThis front door reads 61°F — but only 54°F at the bottom corner. That cold strip along the bottom is air coming in under the door.
Thermal image of a window reading 53 degrees in the bottom corner next to a 66-degree wall
Windows & framesThe wall beside this window reads 66°F; the bottom corner of the glass reads 53°F. Cold glass is normal — cold corners and edges mean air is moving, and sealing is the fix.
Thermal image of a paneled door reading 55 degrees in the middle and 49 degrees at the edge
Door edges & seals55°F in the middle of this door, 49°F at the edge. When the seal goes, the whole edge leaks — usually a weatherstripping fix once you can see it.

We also check the spots people forget: rim joists in the crawlspace, knee walls, recessed lights, duct runs, fireplace dampers, and plumbing on outside walls.

How it works

1

Morning scan

We come out early (appointments start 8–10 AM, Monday–Saturday) while it's cold outside — that's when thermal images are clearest — and scan the whole house, inside and out.

2

Photo report in 24–48 hrs

You get a report by email with 10–20 thermal photos, what each one means in plain English, and a prioritized list of fixes — biggest payoff first.

3

Straight advice

We don't sell insulation, windows, or repairs — so the recommendations are just what's actually wrong and what it's worth fixing. After you've made fixes, a re-scan is $49 to verify they worked.

Booking policy: appointments are reserved with payment. Need to move your morning? Rescheduling is free up to the night before. Once paid, the fee is a booking fee — we'll always find you another morning, but it isn't refunded. Audits are scheduled in the morning because thermal imaging needs cold outdoor temperatures to work properly.
